„imovo does it differently“ is the motto, founding idea and philosophy of the Düsseldorf brokerage firm, whichoperates as a transaction advisor in the areas of investment, office, showroom and logistics space leasing, as wellas in the area of residential real estate for rentals and sales. In the current campaign, private and institutional targetgroups in the Düsseldorf conurbation were targeted who are looking for professional support in buying, selling orrenting residential property. In keeping with the company‘s mission statement, a stylistic distinction was consciouslymade from the usual appearance of estate agents in the region. The combination of promotional postcards andradio spots was to guarantee regional accuracy, while social media clips were to ensure attention within the realestate sector. The red campaign thread: Good-humoured texts and strong key visuals as trademarks of a realestate „fairy tale“.
