For Berlin Hyp, sustainability has been a central aspect of its actions since 2013 and as such is firmly anchored in its corporate values and corporate strategy. In order to convey this ambitious ESG target image, a 360-degree communication concept was developed. The aim was to make the challenge of sustainability comprehensible and tangible for all stakeholders and the general real estate public in a target group-specific and cross-media manner. The brand essence was supported and expanded in the cross-media concept by means of identification-creating and awareness-promoting elements internally as well as image-forming messages externally.
