TATTERSALL·LORENZ is an SME property management company, active in various asset classes such as office, retail, hotel, light industrial and logistics throughout Germany.

TATTERSALL·LORENZ is headquartered in Berlin with branches in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich, Nuremberg and Stuttgart. The range of services encompasses both commercial and technical property management, project management, letting and accounting.

TATTERSALL·LORENZ employs approximately 180 employees. The individually structured teams of experienced professionals across various disciplines use modern technologies both digital and analogue and are therefore able to react promptly to shifting market conditions to achieve the best possible results for the clients. TATTERSALL·LORENZ is certificated in accordance with ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 27001 (information security). lt currently manages around 530 properties, with a total lettable area of approximately 4.9 million square meters, in about 400 locations. The annual rental income from around 3,100 leases amounts to some € 385 million. National and international clients include Bright Industrial Investment, Commerz Real AG, Deutsche Asset One, KGAL, Mileway, Sonar Real Estate and Union Investment Real Estate. These companies are proactively advised on the implementation of their individual strategic solutions, in order to ensure sustainable development of their real estate assets. 

TATTERSALL·LORENZ was founded in 1997, as a subsidiary of THG Treuhandelsgesellschaft AG and one year later, the company name was changed to TATTERSALL·LORENZ Immobilienverwaltung und -management GmbH. Since 2019 there has been a strategic partnership with Berliner Volksbank that, via a subsidiary, acquired a 25% minority interest as part of a capital increase. In 2020 the subsidiary talyo Property Services GmbH was founded to cater especially for residential properties, among them micro living and serviced apartments.
