DIGITIZATION ON THE PULSE OF TIME
Digitalisation ensures that communication with customers becomes more flexible and customisable, and is offered as a complement to personal customer care. Our efforts and the development of innovative tools, which were already lived and valued practice in our company and with our customers well before the Covid 19 topic, have not presented us with any surprises, especially in this changed economic and social environment.
For many years now, our customers have had the opportunity to receive information in the way they would like to have it and to design communication in the way they need it. Receiving the desired information or contacting the service provider at any time and from anywhere were the key requirements. Our web-based information platform, the Rustler Smart Manager, which provides our client with all the necessary information for the respective property 24 hours a day in real time, was the logical implementation.
Now the tool has been optimised and expanded in terms of usability and also "personalised" on this occasion. In the style of the founder of our administration, "Frieda" acts as a digital manager for our clients. Proven features have been continued and refined, such as full access to all documents, invoices, financial overviews and all activities of the manager or statistics on costs, contracts and activities from the past. New additions are simplified direct communication options with our administrators as well as a chat function for networking house communities. A digital notice board makes it even easier for owners to keep up to date with their property.
Regional range of services and cross-border customer support as USP
Alongside digital communication tools, personal support remains essential and is not a contradiction in terms. Local expertise and presence are indispensable to ensure optimal support for properties. This is also becoming increasingly important because many of our clients own properties in several federal states and these markets are in demand for portfolio expansions.
Against this background, further expansion steps were recently taken in the provinces of Salzburg and Tyrol, rounding off our proven and long-standing presence in other provinces. We entered the Salzburg real estate market several years ago, initially managing our activities from our Upper Austrian branch. Due to the increasing order volume, we have been present directly in Salzburg with a separate and additional branch office since the beginning of this year. The recent takeover of a large real estate portfolio of an administration established on the Tyrolean market is another important impulse for our growth in this region as well.
